Tenerife 'a buy-to-let hotspot'
A new report has labelled Tenerife as a fully-fledged buy-to-let hotspot as the Spanish property market continues to blossom.
Tenerife Property Shop has highlighted more and investors selling up in the UK and investing in property on the Spanish island, reports Tenerife News.
The property market in Tenerife has also received a welcome boost as a result of a number of new investment incentives undertaken by the Spanish government.
Newly introduced tax breaks have meant that buy-to-let owners are now cashing up in the UK so they can make long-term investments in the Tenerife rental market.
Mary Spencer, director of Tenerife Property Shop, comments: "The influx of these new investors into the Tenerife market has been building over several months, to the point where we can now identify it as an accelerating trend."
She added that these investors are now calling Tenerife a "buy-to-let paradise".
Tenerife boasts many glorious beaches including the fine white sands of Playa la Tejita and the grand Medano Beach.
