Spain 'offers attractions to investors'
Foreign property buyers have been encouraged to consider the advantages of investing in Spain.
According to Spain Magazine, the European country is an attractive location with a number of factors in its favour.
For example, it was praised for its affordability and accessibility, as it is well-serviced by various low-cost airlines.
Oliver Chandler, spokesperson for Spain Magazine, added that the recent downturn in the market has led to some properties becoming very reasonably priced.
He commented: "It really is a buyer's market at the moment, particularly down south where prices have fallen."
Prospective investors were told that they could benefit from current market turmoil by getting good deals from developers who are finding it difficult to sell.
Mr Chandler said this means the country could be an affordable destination for those who want to buy a holiday home in the sun.
This comes after Spain was named as the most popular foreign property market among Britons by Conti Financial Services.
