Spain 'appeals to everyone'
Overseas property investors have been advised to consider the potential benefits of purchasing in Spain.
Travel writer Stephen Morgan stated that the country had attractions that appealed to everyone, regardless of whether they were buying for residential or investment purposes.
For example, he highlighted the country's good weather and pleasant beaches, as well as the mountain ranges and attractive scenery.
In addition, Mr Morgan said that people who preferred more urban surroundings could enjoy Spain's cities, which he described as some of the most sophisticated in the world.
He commented: "To buy a home in Spain is not just to buy a dwelling but your chance to buy a lifestyle."
Mr Morgan added that the country was unrivalled as a destination for holiday homes and for permanent relocation, especially as it had year-round sunshine and offered "amazing variety" to visitors and permanent residents.
This comes after UK newspaper the Telegraph described Spain as a "lifestyle destination".
