Retail choice for Bulgarian residents
The Bulgarian Investment Agency has announced that a new investment into a shopping area is to be made into Bulgaria.
Such a project is set to be carried out by The Detea Group and the investment should stand at 50 million euros (£33 million), reports the Sofia Echo.
A number of features are to be incorporated into the venue, the publication said, including a variety of retail outlets.
These will include electronics, food, clothing and home furnishing outlets, along with those selling other types of decor.
It will be the Spanish firm's first foray into the Bulgarian market, news that may be of interest to other potential property investors.
A ring road site opposite the Business park in Sofia was purchased for 6 million euros in order for the construction to go ahead.
Easyjet has also recently announced that it will offer cheap flights to Sofia from London three times a week.
