Off-plan property in Spain recommended

People who are considering a foreign investment have been advised to consider buying an off-plan property in Spain.

According to the American Chronicle, current market conditions in the country make it likely that buyers will be able to snap up a bargain.

The publication said the recent downturn in the market has led to some developers becoming very eager to sell.

This means that those who are in this situation will be very willing to do a deal with prospective buyers.

"Buying off-plan is one of the cheapest ways to invest in prime property," the American Chronicle stated.

"Off-plan developers are eager to sell their properties early and do so at extremely competitive prices."

The media outlet added that buyers tend to be about a third of the purchase price as a deposit and make further payments after the property has been completed.

This comes after Paul Collins of BuyAssociation stated that overseas property buyers could potentially snap up some "great deals" in Spain.
