Sofia could be the next property market hotspot, according to new comments from the analysts Property Secrets.
The company stated that the biggest opportunities for potential property investors lie in the city for a number of factors, reports Easier.
Such factors include the facts that there are a growing number middle class people who want property, plus increased affluence and a greater supply of capital in terms of mortgage lending.
Moreover, Sofia is a dominant city that has 16% of Bulgaria's population and is set to grow event further within the next couple of years, the body contended.
In addition, salary levels in Sofia are at present two-and-a-half times higher than the country's average, possibly leading to further investment opportunities.
The company also stated that Bulgaria is a worthwhile place to invest with the relevant and detailed knowledge of the market.
