Morocco attracts record number of visitors
A record number of people are choosing to take their holidays in Morocco, industry analysts have revealed.
According to NuBricks.com, the north African country has recently been attracting more people than ever before, with more than seven million visiting it in 2007 alone.
The website credited the government with helping to encourage the recent growth in the tourism sector, as it is aiming to attract ten million visitors a year by 2010.
This has led to the creation of numerous property developments across Morocco, as the demand for holiday accommodation is increasing every year.
Furthermore, plans to improve the domestic transport network and infrastructure are currently being implemented.
As a result, NuBricks.com believes the country could be a good option for foreign property buyers to consider.
The website commented: "Overseas property investors will not be short of reasons why Moroccan property is a smart buy and a sound addition to their real estate portfolios."
Morocco was recently recommended to foreign property buyers by Home Move, which described it as one of the strongest investment options in the world.
