Montenegro recommended to investors
Overseas property investors have been advised to consider purchasing a residence in Montenegro.
Independent analysts Amberlamb said the eastern European country is currently experiencing considerable growth in its housing market.
Furthermore, it will soon be far more easily accessible as Montenegro Airlines is set to start offering direct flights from Gatwick later this year.
This could make it an ideal location for property investors, as the introduction of new flights should attract more people to the country and push up rental demand.
As a result, property values in the most popular hotspots will be likely to go up, therefore allowing investors to enjoy considerable capital growth.
Amberlamb commented: "This bodes positively for the countrys booming tourism industry and is of course fabulous news for property investors."
The organisation added that the continuing growth will help bolster Montenegro's bid to join the European Union.
According to the International Herald Tribune, the eastern European country received more than £800,000 in foreign direct investment last year.
