Montenegro attracts foreign interest
Investors who are thinking of entering the Montenegrin property market have been advised to act sooner rather than later.
According to independent analysts Amberlamb, the eastern European country has become a hotspot for Russian property buyers.
This has prompted it to recommend that investors in the UK move very quickly if they wish to snap up a bargain.
Amberlamb commented: "The fact of the matter is this - the Russians have decided that Montenegro is a fantastic investment bet and we can quite see why."
The organisation praised the country for offering a number of attractions, including straightforward property ownership rules and a government which actively encourages foreign investment.
Montenegro was also said to offer a growing economy, improving infrastructure and a thriving tourist industry.
This suggests that many areas could offer possible opportunities for buyers of rental property.
The country was recently described as a "paradise" for overseas property investors by BalkanInsight.com.
