Long-term opportunities in Spain 'good'
Spain is perhaps the best option for long-term property investors, according to new research from GE Money Home Lending (GEMHL).
The body stated that the country offers the best returns prospects, reports Homes Worldwide.
A survey carried out by the body suggested the Spain still has the best lifestyle choices for people looking to live in the country, along with the overall climate, plus the culture and food.
Head of marketing at GEMHL Gerry Bell said that a number of factors impacted upon the results, such as ease of living.
"We can see that most Brits are looking towards their dream holiday home as a location they can retire to in future years and for ease of living whilst abroad," he told the publication.
By comparison, respondents said that Bulgaria has the best chance of having large house price inflation over the coming twelve months, the body stated.
Recent research from the body also suggested that Spain remains a popular choice among those looking to purchase properties abroad.
