Law firm 'opening offices in Portugal'
Potential property developers in Portugal are set to receive a boost after a law firm stated that it is to open new offices on the Cape Verde Islands.
This is due to the growing demand for properties on the island, something which will lead to greater need for legal assistance, reports Homes Worldwide.
The law company Neville de Rougemont said that it will be opening a number of offices later in the year, something which may be good news for investors elsewhere in the country.
Under the agreement, the organisation will link up with a partner, Rosemary de Rougemont.
"We started work in Cape Verde two years ago, initially researching the market," the official commented.
"We have carefully chosen the locations of our offices as we do not believe in taking shortcuts."
In related news, the residency process for those wishing to live in Portugal from the European Union is now easier, a new report in the Resident argued.
