Kaka buys property in Brazil

Brazil remains an attractive location for potential property investors and now the Brazilian megastar Kaka has purchased property there, according to reports.

The footballer - voted best player in the world by readers of the Times - has bought property in the Natal area of the country, reports Homes Worldwide.

He said that the location offers a great number of benefits, such as its scenic location plus good accessibility to Europe.

'Natal, with certainty, is one of the prettiest cities in Brazil. It is an interesting part of our country and (has) the closest proximity to Europe," he told the publication.

He added that he believes the tourism potential in the area is also strong.

Additionally, the country offers a number of positives for potential property investors, including a growing economy and low levels of inflation, Homes Worldwide said.

This year, Kaka enjoyed success with the Brazilian national team after winning the well-fought Copa America, beating rivals Argentina in the final.
