Growing tourism in Morocco is creating various opportunities for overseas property buyers, analysts have stated.
Global Edge stated that the "significant growth" in the sector throughout the last few years has made it very popular with foreign investors.
The website added that its appeal has been further enhanced by the government's efforts to enhance the desirability of the country to visitors from overseas.
Recent infrastructure improvements were flagged up as one major development, as well as the introduction of more and more cheap flights to foreign destinations.

According to UK-based newspaper the Independent, the recent redevelopment in Morocco has led to property prices going up, particularly in places such as Marrakesh and many coastal towns.
