Investors 'happy with Spanish purchases'
The majority of property investors who have entered the Spanish market are happy with their purchase, a new study has found.
Research by InspectaHomeSpain revealed that nearly nine in ten buyers have no regrets regarding their foreign investment.
Ironically, the positive experiences enjoyed by many people were in part down to the recent economic downturn in the country.
Buyers praised the fact they are more able to negotiate better deals from developers who are keen to sell, as well as the wider range of options available on the market.
In addition, property investors said they have also been able to benefit from reduced property values, which has enabled them to snap up a high-quality home at an affordable price.
This comes after research by Conti Financial Service rated Spain as the most popular location among overseas property buyers from the UK.
