Investors could negotiate good deals in Spain
Overseas property investors could be able to negotiate good deals on any purchases in Spain, experts have advised.
According to the Foreign Property Buyer website, the country's economy is currently experiencing a slowdown that could affect its housing market.
However, the online portal believes this could be good news for off-plan investors who are in the process of having a property built.
The website commented: "If you are set on buying a new build property in Spain in the next few months, it is an excellent time to see how many freebies you can get thrown."
Foreign Property Buyer added that it would be prudent to see what other local builders are giving away, as their offers could be used as a bargaining tool with developers.
Spain was recently identified as the most popular market among British property buyers by A Place in the Sun magazine.
