Investors buy property in Brazil

Overseas property investors are increasingly being drawn towards potential opportunities in Brazil, according to industry analysts.

NuBricks.com stated that the South American country is continuing to experience economic growth, despite the current turbulence in the financial markets.

The website stated that the rising cost of oil and the ongoing credit crunch is not negatively impacting on Brazil.

Since its economic expansion is being reflected by growth in its housing market, the country is become more and more popular with foreign property buyers.

This has been partly attributed to government efforts to enhance the desirability of areas such as Natal.

The online portal commented: "The government has announced a massive infra-structure budget which is seeing more and more new property investment opportunities appearing."

NuBricks.com added that the market has become an "overseas property hotspot" which offers "untapped potential" investors.

This comes after the north-east of Brazil was described as a "hidden gem" by NuWire Investor on the strength of its economy and growing tourist trade.
