Investors advised to consider Brazilian property
Overseas property investors have been advised by a British newspaper to consider entering the Brazilian market.
The Mirror stated that the South American country offered numerous benefits to investors, such as its good climate, attractive beaches and booming economy.
Brazil was also said to have strong tourist potential, making it a potentially good investment for buyers of rental accommodation.
The newspaper also highlighted the cheap price of property, saying: "Investors have been clamouring to take advantage of rising prices."
Aviation was cited as the main reasons behind the upturn of interest in Brazilian property, as it made the country more accessible to both tourists and investors.
The Mirror stated that an "increasing number" of people were choosing to buy holiday homes in "far-flung" destinations.
Earlier this month, Knight Frank highlighted Brazil as a market that offered numerous opportunities to investors.
The firm said that that since it had not been developed as much as more established countries, it offered "exclusivity" to buyers.
