'Fresh investment' opportunities in Morocco
The growing popularity Morocco is meaning that fresh opportunities are opening up for property investors in the country, according to Morocco Properties.
A number of factors have contributed to the new levels of popularity of the area as a place for investment, such as cheaper air travel, a spokesman suggested.
Moreover, the country's improved infrastructure is resulting in better opportunities as accessibility from Europe can be maximised.
Marketing and operations manager at Morocco Properties Rob Shaw also suggested that a growing number of low-cost flights are allowing travellers to appreciate the benefits of the country.
"Morocco has certainly come to the fore in the last year and is now strongly tipped to be one of the best overseas investment opportunities around," he told Easier.
In addition, the county has a vast culture that can be soaked up by UK residents, he added.
Recently, the government in Morocco launched a scheme in order to improve the country's water infrastructure.
