Dubai Cityscape taking shape
A developer at the heart of Cityscape was among several to unveil its latest plans for Dubai's Business Bay.
KM Properties, the real estate development arm of KM Holding, has a number of prestige office building planned for the sector, including Tamani Arts Offices.
Tamani will be based in the Artisan Cluster, within easy reach of some of Dubai's landmarks and recreational localities and beside the hotel of the same name.
It will be more than 20 storeys high, constructed of steel and glass and, according to www.albawaba.com, is set to provide the latest technology to assist businesses.
Dr Mohamed Haddad, chairman and chief executive of KM Holding, said: "It is going to be the most significant address for business for those who are thinking of opening or setting up office in New Dubai."
The plans were presented at the Dubai World Trade Centre by minister of state for cabinet affairs Mohammad Al-Gergawi.
A host of other developers were on hand at the event, which organisers anticipated would attract 45,000 investors, property developers, senior professionals and other officials from 120 countries, a report by Arab News suggested.
