Bucharest offices for property firm
One of the largest architecture firms in Europe, Chapman Taylor, has announced that it has opened an office in Bucharest, highlighting the growing popularity of the country for investment.
According to zt.ro, the firm is looking to gain a 4 to 5 million euro (£2.6 to 3.3 million) turnover from the market in Romania and was drawn to the area by the buoyancy of the retail sector.
Manager of Chapman Taylor Romania, Anthony Willats, said the firm is intrigued by the current market in the country.
"We want to develop our business domestically, through our own office. The retail market's potential is very strong in Romania," he told Business Construct.
Currently, the firm's portfolio of developments includes Baneasa Shopping City and Bucharest Business Park.
Furthermore, the company announced at the start of the year that that it was to open property at the Russian Federation, reports zt.ro.
The company states that it is internationally renowned and also has offices in London and Manchester.
