Brazil recommended to investors
Overseas property investors have been encouraged to consider buying a residence in Brazil.
The South American country was recommended by the Foreign Property Buyer website, which said its range of attractions made it "worth a look".
According to the online portal, both the housing market and tourist trade in Brazil are currently experiencing growth.
This has prompted it to suggest that prospective investors purchase a house in a popular tourist location, as it will have a strong rental market and capital growth potential.
The website added that growth in the country's property market would enable overseas investors to sell their house on at a good price.
Foreign Property Buyer commented: "This is why many people are looking to Brazil for their next property investments."
This comes after independent analysts Amberlamb said the hype surrounding the Brazilian market was justified because it was based on factual evidence.
