Brazil recommended to investors

Overseas property buyers have been advised to consider possible investment opportunities in Brazil.

Independent analyst Amberlamb stated that the South American nation offers room for investors to collect healthy short-term returns.

This is because the economy is growing at a considerable rate, with gross domestic product likely to go up by 4.8% this year.

As a result, property in Brazil is in high demand among many sectors of the population, as well as foreign buyers.

Amberlamb commented: "On the whole, business and foreign direct investment sentiment relating to Brazil is positive."

The organisation added that the country's investment potential is likely to be boosted even further when a new international airport opens in 2010.

This should help open up north-eastern areas such as Natal to foreign leisure travellers and property buyers.

Brazil was recently described by NuBricks.com as an "overseas property hotspot" which offers "untapped potential" to investors.
