Brazil 'popular with investors'
Overseas property investment in Brazil is becoming increasingly popular, according to independent analysts.
Amberlamb stated that the market was proving to be appealing to those tempted by the prospect of high capital growth rates.
Furthermore, the organisation said that the country's popularity as a tourist destination was also encouraging investors to consider the market, as visitor numbers were increasing at a fast rate.
Rhiannon Williamson, director of Amberlamb, commented: "The government is behind a sustained effort to improve the nation's appeal for tourism and to promote Brazil's virtues worldwide."
She added that the country offered a wide variety of affordable residences that could be used either as a second home or investment property.
Ms Williamson also praised Brazil's high-quality lifestyle and low cost of living.
Knight Frank has also highlighted the South American country as a good investment opportunity this week, describing it as a "massively untapped market" that was likely to expand in the near-future.
