It has been reported that the Bourgas airport in Bulgaria serves a high number of passengers a day, news that may be of interest to potential property investors.
The airport sees traffic of 28,000 passengers each day and serves 169 aircraft on a daily basis, according to BTA, reports the Sofia Echo.
In addition, more than 20 destinations are served each day, the paper stated.
Many of the passengers either leaving the coastal airport are either from the UK, Germany and Sweden.
During the summer, the airport sees its busiest times, the paper also claimed.
The passage between mid-July and the end of August is when the highest volume of traffic takes place.
Moreover, the airport saw the opening of a new departure terminal in June, after inward investment.
