Argentina 'witnessing signs of economic recovery'
Argentina is likely to see the recovery of its economy over the coming months, analysts have forecast.
Those considering investments in the country may be interested to learn that financial specialists polled by Dow Jones predicted that government figures will show prices rose steadily by a median of 0.7% last month.
Inflation rates are likely to experience growing pressure as the economy expands, the news source reports, something that could affect buy-to-let property prices.
A survey of 6 analysts also found they expect the consumer price index to grow over the full year by an average of 6.3%.
"This is a floor for inflation and from here it can start to rise," ACM consultancy economist Maximiliano Castro suggested.
Speaking recently to NuWire Investor, Scott Mathis of company DPEC Partners forecast that the property investment sector in Argentina will boom over the next few years, with homes currently available at a fraction of the cost of those in Europe and the US.
