Albania 'offers bargain properties'
Second home buyers have been advised that they could find a cheap investment property in Albania.
According to the BuyAssociation website, house prices in the eastern European nation are relatively low in comparison with many other countries.
The online portal added that Albania also offers a number of other attractions, such as picturesque scenery and a growing tourist sector.
As a result, the country is receiving greater attention foreign investors, as well as people who want to buy a holiday home overseas.
Paul Collins, editor of BuyAssociation, commented: "Albania may be one of the last truly emerging countries in the overseas property world."
He added that Albania, which shares its border with Greece and Montenegro, has a particularly "beautiful" coastline.
This comes after NuBricks.com revealed that the Balkan country is becoming more and more popular with overseas property investors.
The website said this because investors believe there is money to be made in this region.
