Albania attracts more foreign investors
Albania is becoming more and more popular with overseas property investors, experts have revealed.
According to NuBricks.com, the Balkan country is developing into a hotspot of activity for foreign buyers.
This was partially attributed to the popularity of neighbouring eastern European countries such as Croatia and Bulgaria over the last decade, as investors believe there is money to be made elsewhere in this region.
Since many nations have already become "runaway success" stories, property buyers are now looking for other markets which offer similar potential for growth.
NuBricks.com remarked: "Prices of commodities and service costs lag behind those of their rapidly increasing counterparts - a positive indicator of future growth to come."
The website added that in the last ten years, property in the Balkan Peninsula has become a "magnet" for foreign investors.
Albania was recently recommended by the Foreign Property Buyer website, which praised its scenery, good weather and political stability.
