Advice 'best' when investing in overseas property
People who are looking to invest in overseas property should seek advice before doing so to make sure that they get the best deals, according to HSBC.
Sufficient planning will result in the best deals and will benefit those who have not invested in property before, reports Real Estate TV.
Any legal problems will be decreased if such advice is taken from either brokers or bankers before making a purchase, a spokesperson suggests.
Karen Garner says good advice is priceless in such situations for people looking to move abroad.
"Especially if you haven't done this before and you're doing it for the first time [it's] imperative that you seek advice, either from a broker or a bank and get the right advice," she commented.
In addition, places such as France and Spain remain popular among investors, according to Ms Garner.
Recent comments from Barclays Global Retail and Commerical Banking suggested that the long-term outlook for Spain is positive.
