Act now 'to get best deals'

The organisation said that the recent problems seen in the US sub-prime market could have a future effect on the rest of the world.
Offering advice, the firm suggested that investors should sign forward contracts, which allow them to lock into current exchange rates.
Commenting on the situation, senior economist at HiFX Chris Towner said that with a little bit of advice any potential problems could be solved.
"Those planning to move abroad or buy property overseas should seek advice on how best to protect themselves from foreign exchange risk," he asserted.
He added that by moving fast, investors can make the most of current rates.
Recent comments from Bank of Scotland International suggested that Spain and France are popular choices for retirees looking to move abroad.
